SOHO PENTHOUSE

This project renovated an existing loft and added a penthouse to a Landmarked Soho building. An interior and an exterior fireplace add a sense of place to the multiple levels. Central air conditioning, new windows, millwork and new finishes throughout provide for a comfortable and luxurious design.
